Many congratulations on your baby’s first birthday. The struggle of one year has ended. Your baby is now more groomed, responsive, and active. Now your baby has changed from a newborn to a complete independent baby. Here are some developments that you can see in your little angel on his birthday bash.

Here we are talking about 12-MONTH-OLD baby’s development:

If your child uses a bottle, you can give him cow’s milk this month, as long as your doctor has asked that your child should stay on formula. Cow’s milk will provide all the energy and nutrients that they need to grow and prosper. At least three servings of milk a day besides 2 or 3 snacks will be ideal. You may consider that your baby should leave drinking milk from the bottle from now on. If your child drinks milk from glass and can easily drink and swallow, start to remove their bottles. It will also help to protect your baby’s teeth and minimize the time in which their baby teeth are exposed to sugar and lactose in milk.

Your child is suffering from a very interesting social age and is looking for stimulation wherever he can find. Nature has made them in such a way to look for a scenario in their mind and help them acquire new skills. Your goal is to have music, toys, books, family, meals, parties, friends, and activities in your home. Your child will only benefit from all this. Seeing other people and responding correctly teaches them what is included in chit chat and relationships. Watch your child like you, and even if you thought of that, they are too small to take a lot of theft. Do not be misled by them; they are the same as little sponges at that time that absorbs everything in their mind.

Your little boy learns about a variety of emotions now—fuss, happiness, frustration, and boring and the impact that may have on those around them. Their ability to travel the hearts and minds of loving parents is fabulous. It can be very difficult to know what to do when they are in trouble. An excellent book to help you to understand how your child’s brain is aware of is parenting by Margot Sunderland.

A lot of motor activity this month means it is going to be a fun time but is also worrisome for you as a mother and father. Everything will seem to have been much easier when you are able to put your little baby in one place, and they stuck there until you make them move. Now you will have to have eyes at the behind your head to watch exactly where they rushed. Your baby will be free with his diet and will make his wishes more clearly known to you.

It might be possible that their language abilities are still limited; they will experience sounds and parts of words. You will develop skills to decipher what they want to say and learn to portray their body language. Your little baby will be capable of pointing, empty, twist hands, and transfer objects from one part to another. Even if they cannot walk, they can be balanced with one hand in safety. Your baby’s birth weight has multiplied three times now, growing in full swing. Compare photos of their birthday with old photos and see the changes that occurred in only 12 months. If your child is premature, it may take longer to achieve the level of achievement of development.

Time, exercise, environment, sex, and degree of prematurity have no effect on the time it takes your child to hold a meeting. Spend some time this month to celebrate the child’s birthday and share the joy with friends and family. One year old is not the child who will appreciate this effort, but you should be very happy with such a special occasion. It is a little time in which you can enjoy your routine and go with the flow. You should take lots of pictures and movies, and must make sure you and the whole family is in the pictures. If you can, get an image of all generations of a family, the prospect of life may be very limited. Your baby can now rotate himself when he sits down.

He is now able to screw objects. He is able to stop, bend his knees, and sit to get out of your hands. (S)He can walk, but you have to support him. He can now climb the stairs. And can climb so well. He can use the index finger and thumb to pick up small things. He can place items and remove them from containers. He is able to do the induction point, touch, and index finger. He can put a stone on top of another. He can take a spoon. He is able to chew a small piece of food.

He is able to walk. He can scroll down, bend, and get up. He is also able to climb up and down the stairs. He can take two or three steps without assistance. He can get down to standing position. He is able to use both hands freely. He can now pull the socks and hats. He is able to build a tower using two blocks. He can save a spoon and drink a cup.

After 12 months, the baby feels safe to examine the world and enforce its independence. He is strongly attached to the one he most often cares about, and that gives confidence to freedom. Some children just depend on others and do not want to reveal it. This does not mean that it is because of inadequate motherhood – it is a personality and is unlikely to endure in later childhood. To help the adventurous spirit, it’s best to take the child to the park if he has not already gone. If he can walk, let him walk in the playground (providing security and no holes) while you are lagging behind a step like the queen and the prince.

Please let him be dirty – wash him, though you cannot afford your baby to eat mud. If you leave him, make sure you say goodbye to him. He realizes that people come and go, though he has not done it and becomes more uncertain if you always disappear without telling him. Sometimes you catch him before doing something – as if he sticks it fingers on the CD – to check that it is correct. There is no point in being frowned upon because he will do it anyway and laugh because it has become a game. He starts using things in the way they are to be used by you; for example, he starts using a brush on his hair and also tries to brush your hair with full force.

He also discovers ways to get things done: he will pull the tablecloth to get his beaker, for example. His memory begins to work and, instead of The Little Piggy, is a constant surprise; he will remember the ending and begin to laugh before tickling him under the chin. He has become a more complicated person, able to do more than one thing at a time. He remembers where the closet is, where the pencils are kept, he will open it and find the pencils. He is so eager to embrace you, but may not be too good.

He likes to laugh and enjoys a good joke, in terms of the child, is that he put his hat on it, lift the mirror so he can see how sweet he is. He can go in a high chair if he sees the table to bed. He might love social events and the hustle of shops. He may start sticking to your leg if it is concerned in unfamiliar settings. He likes to meet children even though he does not play with them because he does not know how to play. In fact, he can face up and send them on a trip. Do not let the bad feelings of other children to reproach your child. Love your baby in every condition. His ability to resume is now a master.

He has a fine handle, using his thumb and forefinger, which can handle 5-pc pieces. He becomes captivated by checking out what is happening on the floor and money that has been transferred onto the couch from anyone’s pockets. He will try to use his grasp to pick up and throw his toys with the help of one hand and maybe some time with some force, so be prepared to crack or cry. He may be able to make a line with a pencil, which surely you can count as his first drawing.

He can eat with his finger and thumb and likes to use a spoon, although the ratio of food which he put in his mouth may not be 100%. But he will quickly get better at eating him; you should let him try many times. Otherwise, he will certainly tear off the spoon from your hand, and the yogurt will fly over your eyebrows. He will still love to put his bowl on his head and put food in his hair, but he is a baby for you. He will try to eat a piece of his first birthday cake.

He will now start showing his molars teeth that are useful for the chewing purpose but may seem to take a lot of power to push out. Building brick towers is easier for him now, and he can try this, although he still prefers to spill them. He is stacking things and placing objects in the basket and out of the basket, as he now learns the relationships between things.

The vocabulary of our child grows fast. You are likely to hear a few words, such as “Mama,” “Papa,” “No,” or “Ah-yaw” on a daily basis now. Children’s language study year, the speech simulation of their parents, predict that your child will imitate. At this stage, the mother actually means mother, and Dada really means Dada. A year later, children became more social. They begin to understand what people are trying to say to them, and they use new language abilities to attract the attention of all those people who are around them.

After 12 months, your child will also start to experience restrictions, which may include, in response to your requests with “no” or even crying crisis. Be strong and let your child know that such behavior is unacceptable. Meanwhile, give a gift for good behavior with some praise or some delicious treat. Your child will prefer the other for now. You can see that he becomes shy or irritable with strangers. At present, be moderate to your child’s interests.

If you must go out, go quickly, and make sure to your baby that you will soon return. Since your child has reached his first year, he can start to resist napping. Not only this, but also the growing freedom can lead to the fact that he will start to fuss before going to sleep. After a well-established sleep regime that can contain a bath or a story, it can soothe him, knowing what to expect before going to bed and helping him to sleep.

No matter what you do, be sure that you and your baby have enough time to contact and roll at the end of the day. You can alternate with your partner. For example, you give a bath to the baby, and his father reads a story to baby, etc. Every night or, to give you a break many times in a week, try changing nights when you are able to keep your baby to bed. Another method to help sleep go more smoothly is to get a babysitter or relative to get your baby to sleep, following the routine that you created. Thus, your baby will learn to associate sleep time with the routine and not depend on your presence to float off to sleep.

If you notice that your baby is facing difficulty in standing up because of hard legs and index fingers, or he only uses his arms to stand on their feet, then you need to get your baby checked. If you note all these symptoms in your baby, you should consult with the baby doctor soon.

  • If he has strongly bent or rigid arms
  • If he needs to use his hands to maintain a sitting position, if he has poor head control
  • If he becomes so frustrated in response to any action
  • Or if he shows very extreme reactions when to touch or when exposed to new stuff
  • If he does not turn around when someone calls his name
  • Or he shows the lack of recognition of known words, such as “mom,” “dada,” “cat,”
  • If he does not use fingertips to pick up small food items
  • If he refuses solid foods, preferring only milk;

The mother plays a significant role in the baby’s development. Here are some safety tips a mother should try. One-year-old baby loves to explore. Provide many opportunities for safe research by filling cupboards with Tupperware’s unbreakable containers, wooden spoons, and brooms, or place various textured objects in the box. If your angel is a good climber, think about removing the bumpers from the crib and about throwing the mattress into the crib so that the baby does not stand up and fall over the cot railing. When you have a yearly visit, consult your pediatrician to make sure that your child has completed his vaccinations on time.

Make sure that the house is still protected by a rafter gate, without blind cords hanging down where the child can get them, pots and utensils removed from the opposite edges, and household cleaners out of reach. Make sure your child is sitting in the back seat of the car. You can give your child a gift that can be added for years. A charm bracelet for a girl, a dollhouse, or for a boy a special train or a rocking chair. Books marked with the date and name are always a wonderful gift for the birthday. Dedicate the bottom drawer or cabinet, both for your child’s playing time. Plastic baskets are always famous and will not be spoiled if they are thrown through the room.

Your baby will probably want to be where you are, so if you feel as if you continuously have a small shadow, then be happy. This is a sign that your child feels safe when you are close. A time will come when they will not want to be in such close immediacy, so for now, enjoy it. Play tents and tunnels – its great fun – or at your own risk, use boxes of cardboard and play together. Your baby may have adequate coordination of the eyeball and capture, to be able to hold the short stick. Promote movement using a toy, for example, a truck with traditional wooden bricks inside. Continue to talk to them (“Let’s count the balloons, 1, 2 …”) and ask questions (“Can you find a horse game?”) to promote their development.

In the case of a baby boy, the weight should be 7.8 to 11.8, the height should be 71.3 to 80.2, and the head circumference should be 43.6 to 48.5. And in the case of a baby girl, the weight should be 7.1 to 11.3, the height should be 69.2 to 78.9, and the head circumference should be 42.3 to 47.5. It varies from child to child. As every baby has his capabilities, so give them their own pace. They will develop according to their strength and capabilities.

They now like to take things from cabinets and drawers. If you have a place, it’s fun for babies too, so give one of the cupboards in the kitchen or the living room, fill them with plastic cups, plates, wooden spoons, plastic wire cutters, etc. They would love it for sure.
