Beef Chop Suey


 


INGREDIENTS


  • BEEF UNDERCUT SLICES1/2 kg
  • CHICKEN CUBE1
  • CARROT SLICES2
  • ONION FINELY CHOPPED2
  • CABBAGE CHOPPEDhalf
  • GREEN BEANS CHOPPED150 gm
  • SPRING ONIONS3-4
  • BLACK PEPPER CRUSHED1 tsp
  • SOYA SAUCE1 tbsp
  • GINGER AND GARLIC CRUSHED2 tbsp
  • OIL3-4 tbsp
  • SALTto taste

DIRECTIONS

Heat oil in a pan and saute chopped ginger and garlic, till they give off their aroma. Add 2 finely chopped onions and fry them for 1-2 minutes. Add 1/2 kg of undercut beef slices and fry on a high flame till the color starts changing. Then add half of cabbage slices, 150 grams of green beans, 1 carrot and 3-4 spring onions and cook it on high flame for 5-7 minutes. add 1 chicken cube, 1 tsp of black pepper crushed, salt to taste, 1 tbsp of soya sauce and water as required and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Now mix 2 tbsp of corn flour dissolved in water and pour slowly into the gravy until it thickens.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.
