  • GHEE04 tbsp
  • SUGAR GRAINED1 1/2 cup
  • ALMONDS10 nos
  • PISTACHIO10 nos
  • SMALL CARDAMOMS SEEDS2 nos

DIRECTIONS

In a karahi mix gram flour and ghee on low heat. Keep constantly stirring to avoid lumps. when it releases an appetizing smell, it is ready.
Remove from the heat, allow cooling. Add sugar & nuts to the gram flour, mix thoroughly. now from ping pong size balls of the mixture.
Basin ladoo is ready to serve.
