Plz help me to install tv tuner card

Hi frnds,

I had tv tuner card, which i installed and was woeking fine untill one day ....wen i formatted my hdd. When installing the OS, i went on installing without taking out tv tuner card out of m/b, now when i try to install application and drivers it gives error......... please help me to install tv tuner plaese............

Is there a possibility that i can install tv tuner without loosing my current OS and tv tuner is an internal tv tuner of philipps

Please change the slot of tv tuner card this problem occured due to IRQ
