    Q: what is the best way to loose calories?

    Move it
    You do not need to be an athlete to reap rewards from exercise. Moderately intense physical activity can be accumulated from activities ranging from:
    Jogging (8min. per mile - burn 984 calories)
    Swimming (burn 744 calories)
    Bicycling (burn 804 calories)
    Playing tennis (burn 516 calories)
    Playing golf (burn 403 calories)
    In addition, take a look at other activities one cn do on a daily basis:
    Walking upstairs (burn 202 calories)
    Making the bed (burn 46 calories)
    Cleaning windows (burn 48 calories)
    Washing floor (burn 53 calories)

    De stress

    If you're juggling six things at once, over worked or stressed out - you can do a few things to combat stress & get your life back to balance. Practice one or several stress reducing strategies:
    Say 'no' more often
    Take long, deep breaths
    Listen to soothing, relaxing music
    Close your eyes & visualize something pleasant
    Try meditation or yoga
    Use lavender or other charming scents
    Set aside 15 minutes a day just to relax
    Eat healthfully & regularly
    Boost your level of physical activity
    Smile & laugh a lot

    hi lina...

    as deepthi said i also wanna increase my weight. Do u know something i did not do even a small work for 1 month. i just used to eat and sleep and c tv. tats it. not even computer. dis i tried in last sem holidays. but a sad thing is i did not even put an extra kg... too sad.

    plz give me some tips...

    hey one thing eat healthy food which help u to put on ur weight butter,cheez,green vagetables, fruits,salads etc. it will definately work for u.......can i ask u one question?.....have u ever try some tablets to put on ur weight?......if yes, pls let me know

    nice post lina...i was best athlete, one of the best skater, football playes, snooker & many games were there in my list games only pool & snooker...lolz

    Hey sunny........good yaar,u know all games.....i was not knowing dat u r a champion in all me tell u dat m very bad in sports.....but definately i would like to learn all this games....

    hmm don't worry they r simple all games.....i will teach u.....and i was champion...not now....i have left all these things 4-5yrs back...
