How to change my email id?

I want to change my email id.. My inbox getting filled due to Nidokodos mails. So please help me in this regard..

make a new id.. and re-join NK..

or

delete unnecessary emails from ur inbox and sent items, well if u r using yahoo then there is unlimited storage in the inbox... but gmail provides limited capacity...
