rice-1 measuring cups(cooked)
garlic-2 tblsp(chopped)
green chillies-4(slitted)
carrot-2(sliced)
cabbage-half(sliced)
french beans-10-15(sliced)
corn-one third cup(optional)
soya sauce-3-4 tblsp
sugar-1/2tsp
salt- to taste
red chilli pwd-1/2 tsp
oil-1tblsp or to taste
capsicum-1(sliced)(optional)
(more vegetables can be added)

Heat a container(preferably non stick) in mdm flame
put oil,then fry garlic & green chillies.Then add carrot,beans,corn with pinch of salt.saute it till it is tender.Then add cabbage,capsicum.saute it.Add sugar , soya sauce ,red chilli pwd.Fry little.when all the vegetables fried half , then add cooked rice , mix well.switch off the flame.Mind it that soya sauce is very salty.
Serving suggestion:serve hot with chicken manchurian ,gobi manchurian or simply u can have.
Without sugar also goes well with Rajma ,chhole.or any curry.
