Well I need help because I am in a debate team and this is the first debate team in the whole city so its really important. I will be debating about a topic and I want your guys help so I can come up witha good debate =) Here is the story
On December 5, 2009, in the city of gotham, Cruela de vil was the victim of a robbery in which expensive furs were stolen from her home. A week later, Defendant Swiper Fox was arrested for the robbery and taken to the police station. Swiper Fox refused to answer any questions and was never read his Maranda rights. he was held in a detention cell.
When he returned from his inverstigation, Inspector Gadget brought with him the stolen furs, which he obtained from a trash bag found in an alley behind Swiper Fox's house. without any verbal communication with Swiper Fox , the furs were placed right in front of the cell a foot away from where Swiper Fox sat. Mr.Fox then got up from the seat and yelled, "Ok Ok-you got me. I stole the furs!!!!" Mr.Fox then requested to speak to a attorney.
Miranda Rights-You have the right to remain silent while you are questioned. Anything you say can be used againist you.
Ok so I have to write a debate about that swiper fox is quitly. So can you guys help me start a good agrument saying that swiper fox is quitly.
