    14 Skin Care Tips

Healthy skin is a part of the happy life one is leading. Everybody loves to have glowing, pinkish and healthier looking skin. It is not true that you have to spend a lot of money on skin care products. You are natural and what suits you the best for your skin is natural remedies plus a few skin care products. I have mentioned some of the skin care tips I follow in order to maintain my skin. I used to spend a lot of money on skin care products, but now these simple steps are more than enough to achieve a healthy looking skin.

    1. Wash your face with a good cleanser in every morning and night.

    2. Scrub your skin with a natural scrub at least once a week.

    3. Apply honey on skin two times a week in the morning or night. Massage for five minutes in circular motions and rinse off with warm water.

    4. If you have acne on your back, the most probable reason for that is not cleansing the leftovers of shampoo on skin after bathing. Thus, always wash your back with soap after having a bath.

    5. If you have blemishes, dark spots on skin, apply some olive oil and massage before going to bed. This remedy is not recommended for facial skin since olive oil speeds up hair growth on skin.

    6. If you are suffering from facial acne choose a good cleanser specially created for acne prone skin.

    7. Make it a habit to drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Water performs wonders on your skin.

    8. Have a separate towel for yourself to wipe face and body..

    9. If you have dry skin, apply Vaseline on skin and massage for a few minutes before going to bed. You will see an amazing difference in the morning when you wake up.

    10. Once a week apply tomato juice mixed with a few drops of lime juice on your face and neck. Leave for 20 minutes and rinse off. This remedy is recommended for those who have oily skin with blemishes.

    11. A natural scrub for skin: get one cup of white sugar and mix it with a half cup of lime juice. Then you can use it to scrub your body as well as your face.

    12. Learn to do a few selected yoga exercises.

    13. Drink natural fruit juices made of papaya, pineapple, lemon or oranges. These fruits contain vitamins necessary for a healthy skin.

    14. Eat a healthy, balanced meal and avoid fast food.

    Role of Diet
A nutritious diet, which contains all essential vitamins and minerals, helps in minimizing the hair loss. Therefore, you must include green, leafy vegetables, raw oats, and whole grain cereals, eggs, dates, and raisins in your daily food regime. As the hair is made of protein, you are advised to stick to protein-rich diet, such as calves liver, brewer's yeast, and wheat germ. These foods also contain Vitamin B, which is an important nutrient for hair. Outer coverings of potatoes, cucumbers, and green and red peppers are high in silica, which is essential to maintain the beauty and strength of your hair. Vitamin E also promotes hair growth and reduces hair fall. A person may experience hair fall due to thyroid dysfunction also. Therefore, you must include foods, which are good sources of vitamin A and iodine.

I like your post. Usually mens always neglect their skin for them this is good information. Men's always give importance to their hair, well-maintained body, muscles, etc. However, they always forget about their skin.

    some more tips for skin
Dry skin care primarily involves nourishing it with baby oil, calm moisturizing creams and preferably, a non-detergent based, neutral-pH product to clean it. Dry skin needs an out-and-out cleaning but not with a commercial soap. After cleaning, always use a moisturizer to keep the skin looking and feeling soft and flexible. It's good if you apply the moisturizer over a moist skin.
You can also use oil for hydrating your dry skin, however while massaging, take care not to extend your skin. Apply oil generously around the eyes, because this is the area most prone to wrinkles and crow's feet.Dry skin care demands the application of only very gentle and preferably natural beauty care products. Thus when you retire for the night, massage yourself with a homemade nourishing cream. Or you can use a natural beauty mask consisting egg, honey, olive oil and rose water to provide your skin with all the nourishments.
A warm milk bath with a few drops of almond oil added to it will make softer and hydrate your skin like nil else.Dry skin care also involves knowing what to stay away from. upset rooms, beauty care treatments that use steam and sudden changes of temperatures wreck havoc on a dry skin. While stepping out in the cold, liberally douse yourself with some kind of moisturizer, and heap on the sunscreen when you go out in the sun. Your diet too plays an significant role in holding the reverses of a dry skin. While smoking and fatty, oily foods are a definite no-no, fresh fruits and vegetables, along with abundant quantities of water daily, improve the quality of your skin and they have also been proven to contain anti-ageing properties. Thus with such foods in your diet, you not only remain strong, but look also good.
There are many herbs that can be openly applied to the skin or obsessive to help your condition of dryness. Thus chamomile, lavender, calendula, comfrey, tea tree oil, aloe vera and peppermint used in herbal facials are good for dry skin and borage, fennel, coltsfoot or calendula tea can be had daily for a young looking skin.
