This free program offers a few more extras than Windows built-in clock but also lacks some key features. DS Clock appears as a small green box in the upper right corner of your screen, displaying the time and the date. However, you can change the color of the background and digits, alter the transparency, and tweak the way the information appears. DS Clock's most useful feature seems to be its ability to automatically or manually sync your computer clock with a number of atomic servers. The stopwatch is a small plus, but we wish it could count down instead of just up. We really miss the ability to set alarms, and some skins would certainly help in the visual department. It won't hurt you to download this freeware, but if you look hard enough, you can find similar programs that are more robust.
DS Clock is a digital desktop clock that displays variable date, time, and time zone information built from a format string. The program allows you to customize its look and feel, and can synchronize your computer's clock with Atomic Time Servers. You can select any combination of date, time, and time zone, pick custom colors and fonts, set custom sound to play at the top of the hour. Westminster chimes are available.

Though there is a similar application that is present in Windows Vista, this one sounds to be a very good addition to it. The feature that enables us to configure it according to the way that we like is the most important feature that I liked about this. I just saw a tab for the sound options, can we have the recorded sounds to be played at a specific time? I would just love to have the feature.
