Cheese Pinwheel Sandwich

Bread - white (sliced) 75 gm
Ice berg lettuce 75 gm
Sliced cucumber 62.50 gm
Cream fresh- single 2.50 ml
Lemon juice 2.50 ml
Parsley 10 gm
Dijon grain mustard 2.5. Gm

- Soften the cheese and add green and mustard, lemon juice and mix well.
- Cut bread lengthwise thinly.
- Apply cheese spread
- Place balanced asparagus and season and roll.
- Roll in cling film and keep in fridge. Apply oil and roll over chopped parsley
and cut as desired.
