Potatoes - 8 - 10 Medium Sized (Peel & Wash)
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Garlic - 4 Cloves (Peel & Crush)
Chili Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp Salt

Method :-

Cut the potatoes to the thickness of French fries, but half their length.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add mustard seeds & cumin seeds. Sauté well.
Add garlic & allow it to turn light brown in color.
Remove the pan from flame. Now add the chili powder & turmeric powder. Mix well.
Add the potatoes & place the pan back on flame, stir well & set the flame to medium.
Add salt, mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid & cook for about 3-4 mins.
Stir again.
Continue the stirring until the potatoes are cooked & lightly browned. Remove from fire.
Ready to serve.
