1) modify will have full control over the forum.

2) they will be given categories , where they will motivate users to post or start their own threads. and that will create a good competition environment between the mods.

what if is post by MODS is there anybody taking action Against them...

categorized or not MODS have to spot the problem if it is posted by new or old or Active or Non Active users or mods, whoever & They(MODS) have to do something about that
"some MODS are not always online" maybe some time but not always
per day = 24 hour
in that 24 hour maximum 22 hour mods r online
sometime 2 or 3 MODS even 5 mods at same time
all r active as a user not as a MODS
& Anything Else U Need To Know?????

Give us an xample...........and ya if a MOD posts something wrong other members will look upto it and if they think its wrong surely they will report about it........but if nothings wrong then theres no reason of reporting about it..........GET IT?

enough of fights.now start to develop things in a better way instead of thinking what has happened guys.

Soon the mods for each category will be unleashed.

      

Each mod can take action and a pm will be sent to each mod how to use the new rules and regulations they have to follow.

Hope all will accept with my decisions.

Even if mod does mistakes, anyone can from now on appeal it in "Problems" category under "Talk to Management". Further enhancements will be done step by step.

So i require co-operation from all members. Plz.
