I just did a small confusions among all here as i planned. The original plan got over 2 days ago and still the topic is hot within all.
So keep your nerves. If any person does mistake all comment that the person is wrong politely. Moderators need to get there into the problem immediately and stop the problems. Even if it is due to another moderator remaining moderator must get into action.
Some old members who are present must get into the problem right away and get things to normal if moderator was not present at that time.

I was expecting till the last second that all will get together and go against me. But it did not happen even after the problem touched its peak.
Do not break your unity for someone who comes new.
