as the day time passes , you do some mistakes in behavior or actions. these acts causes depression or regret and lower your mind energy you feel down.
for example , you come out of the house , your car tyre is puncture , "Oh man , thats the most unfortunate thing that can happen to me" , and you are full with anger and depression. you blame others for this , in the end you decide to go to mechanic. you are tired and your energy level is also decreased. you feel down. anyways , you reach office , you show your assignment to boss , he is so happy to see your work , thats a good news , but when you reach at your room , you see your computer windows is corrupt , you call the tech. dept. you shout at them. you are full of anger. again . you are regret that you should not be angry at them. you feel down
boss calls you again , and ask for the next meeting agenda. you brief him and he is happy again with your work. at the end of the day you regret about your wrong action full of anger , you feel low energy. you feel depressed.
this is an example from real life , that we do good things , we do bad things. when we do good , we dont thank Allah , we dont make any winning gesture. but when we do bad , we regret and keep thinking and criticising our selves.
the point i want to move here. that whenever you have done a good work , make a winning action. you can call it POWER MOVE. or a WINNING GESTURE.
Design this gesture your self. add emotions in it .
for example , PUNCH IN THE AIR AND SAY "YESSSSSSSSSSSSS"
what the benefit?
this will increase your energy , you will not think about negative acts. you will think about your wins and successes.
keep in mind , that if you keep thinking negative , you will get more negative as a bonus. you keep thinking positive , it attracts positivity in your life.
so keep making winning gestures all the day , it will fill your self with happiness and energy , your energy will boost up.
