I can shutdown my pc. help me plzzzzzzz

Hello

I need help with my pc, it has been acting strang lately
I cant shutdown my computer once it turned on.
I had to press and hold power botton then it will turn off

If anybody know whats wrong with my pc, so help me please!!!!!

use an anti-virus to full scan ur computer..

I think u have to reinstall ur OS. Dis is a problem caused by bugs. Bugs are unwanted code which attaches automatically by itself. I think it has affected ur .dll file.

first you go to task manager and to whats running in process tab . use avg antivirus to clean pc , chec your hdd with hard disk inspector software , if it shows 100% then hdd is no in problem
