These little "Hobbitats" can be built for less than 2G in materials, in a few weeks, using all locally sourced, recycled materials. If we can create campground models, with permitted electrical and plumbing for the community kitchens and bathrooms, the individual sleeping 120 sq.ft sleeping cob pods wouldn't need to be permitted. Hit me up if you'd like to discuss creating more of these as a solution for super low cost, durable, well-insulated, fun and easy to build housing. The second floor could also be a waterproof aircrete dome, so it would look like a mushroom hut...yeah, kinda like a Smurf village!
