    1. Continue to build your faith to learn to earn -- with faith in yourself, your blessings and your opportunities! If you find that your skills limit your earning potential consider going back to school. If your interest lies in the computer industry, many community colleges offer computer certification tests.
    * The community college tuition and fees are less expensive and the training consumes less time than traditional degrees because you don't have to take basic courses like math, English and history to get a technology or skills degree! As a bonus you can take many course for for an affordable two year degree on your own time in your home.
    * Also, it's worth noting you shouldn't underestimate the power of an associates degree for an adult returning to college. After all many employer just want to see that you can finish your program and be self-motivated to improve yourself, not just because of "the paper."
    2. Get a suitable job -- continue to network with peers in the industry.
    3. Make friends, be positive, and use your contacts to develop your future: It's not just what you know, but who you know! And who appreciates your faith, attitudes and skills. Be popular in school and college by making a special effort and having a charismatic personality.
    4. Pay yourself first -- This one of the most difficult and easiest things to do, set aside 10% of your earnings in a savings account.
    5. Move -- into a good socio-economic area or system.
    6. Work to improve yourself to move up and your home for profitable resale when you are ready and to sell your house and move out to a better home.
    7. Expect and support community cooperation such as the local chamber of commerce, and the SBA Small Business. Spend time volunteering, give back to your community.
    8. Live within your means -- if you can't afford that vacation don't go.
    9. Invest -- whether you can afford it or not! A fancy car is not an investment, it depreciates as soon as you drive it off the lot and continues to depreciate in value thereafter.
    10. Find a service or product to offer -- that people need or want, and that can be a especially profitable way of building a craft, selling products, serving other business or industrial enterprises.

    * Learn to invest... profitably.
    * If your company offers a 401k plan that can choose then contribute. The company almost always matches your contribution up to a certain percentage. That's FREE MONEY!- you didn't have to do anything to get that extra money except give yourself money. It can't be any easier than that.
    * Some people also even give 10% to church and helping others which gives them a feeling of being in the grand scheme of things: serving God and humanity.

    * Don't be of minimum wage value to employers (or less)
o or you might as well go back to bed...
    * Investing advice: Don't eat the seed (no crop) or eat all of your chicken's fertile eggs (no baby chicks). Always leave your savings and investments alone in as crops or hatching eggs, don't kill your opportunity...
o All your hens will get old and leave no income! So, invest, and manage it so it can grow and leave your money invested safely where it can grow and keep adding to it...
    * If you currently invest in a 401k or similar program, whatever you do- DON'T BORROW AGAINST IT, there are heavy consequences.
    * Develop your personal ability to act on your Spiritual faith: "Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord God, when I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but for hearing the words of the Lord." Amos 8:11 Be a conservative in school and satisfy your thirst...
