IMPORTANCE OF PATIENCE
ALLAH, THE MOST EXALTED says:
“…And be patient and persevering: for Allah is with those who patiently persevere.”
(Qur;an-Surah al-Anfal 8: 47)“I have rewarded them this day for their patience and constancy: they are indeed the ones that have achieved bliss…” (Qur’an-Surah al-Mu’minun[23]: 111)
THE NOBLE MESSENGER OF ALLAH (PEACE BE UPON HIM) is reported to have said:
“Nobody can be given a blessing better and greater than patience.”
(Hadith-Bukhari )

“The real patience is at the first stroke of a calamity.”

"When the son of a servant of Allah dies, Allah Almighty says to His angels, 'Have you taken My servant’s son?' They say, 'Yes.' He says, 'Did you take the darling of his heart?' They say, 'Yes.' He says, 'What did My servant say?' They will say, 'He praised You and said "To Allah we return."' Allah Almighty says, 'Build a house for My servant in the Jannah(Paradise)and call it the House of Praise.'"

Note:It is important to be patient in all conditions. Patience is the first weapon for the believer to use when
facing hardship. Patience has been mentioned in the Noble Qur'an more than 90 times. Also it was mentioned
many times in authentic Ahaadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

There are three types of patience:
Firstly, practicing patience to fulfill the obligations and to do righteous.
Secondly, abstaining from evil and prohibited acts and
T
hirdly, practicing patience during times of hardship without complaints.
