Snacking is a fantastic way to keep your metabolism going and keep your energy levels up through out the day. I prefer to eat smaller more frequent meals and healthy little snacks in between meals, This is a great system to have when trying to drop those extra kilograms. People have the misconception that snacking is bad for you.... well it is if your going to sit on the sofa and dig into a big bag of potato crisps or a snickers bar but nibbling on wholesome snacks like these sweet potato chips will actually help with those hunger cravings and not make you feel guilty afterwards.
Sweet potatoes are so underrated and they are such an awesome vegetable, full of vitamins your body needs to keep in great health.
