Peek Email Device Full QWERTY Keyboard
Peek Email Device: The device will not feature phone functionality, instead acting only as a device capable of receiving and sending unlimited emails via select services, including Gmail, Yahoo mail and AOL, among others via the GPRS data network. Onboard storage is 8MB, and there is no expansion options via memory card slots, which may restrict users who want to keep attachment-heavy emails.
The device will support up to three email addresses, with T-Mobile providing the data coverage across the USA. Specs include a 104MHz ARM7 CPU, the full QWERTY keyboard and simple scrolling navigation interface on the 2.5-inch, 320x240 resolution color screen should make it easily accessible to users. The device is only currently available in gray with cherry available in about a week’s time and the aqua color coming in a few weeks, Peek says.

The Peek will not come with a contract, and the monthly rate of about $20 will be billed to users’ credit cards. The Peek is priced at $100 and should be available at Target stores on September 14.
