    All of these are good tips for the healthy skin.
    Our diet plays an important role to keep the skin healthy and fresh.
    We should drink more water and fresh fruits juices, and eat more raw green leafy vegetables to keep the skin healthy, fresh, and glorious.

    Those are the informative for healthy skin. Along with them the most important thing is to use an appropriate face wash means for your skin type to your face and also advisable to visit a dermatologist at least once a year, because some places we can't see for ourselves like color, smoothness etc.
