Why do we all go to the negative so far in advance of seeing the good in eveything? The very first Universal Principle of Anusara yoga is "Opening to Grace" or seeing the good, the highest, in anything, in everything. And I've been studying it for more than a decade, and I still fall into the trap of the negative.
This week, find something good about EVERYTHING, and get very adept at seeing this good all around you; most importantly, within you. Install this practice into the smallest moments of your day, and you'll begin to see a shift in your mood, in the people around you.
