How to transfer photos from your iPad to your iPhone or Android phone:

Bumping photos between your mobile phone and your iPad is very similar to bumping photos between two mobile phones. All you need to do is download Bump on both the iPad and iPhone via the iTunes App Store, or if you have an Android phone you can find the app in Google Play. Once the app is downloaded, open it on both devices, scroll one screen over to the right to the photo picker screen. Select which photos you want to send to either the mobile phone or the iPad, then hold the devices in your hands and physically Bump them against each other. Be gentle though! No need to use lots of muscle — a light fist pump will work just fine.
