Now in its fourth year, the Qatar International Food Festival will be hosted by Qatar Tourism Authority and Qatar Airways in the Museum of Islamic Art Park over a long weekend of gastronomic alfresco eating, drinking and cooking, as well as family fun and entertainment. From the 28th to the 31st of March 2013, internationally renowned chefs will join many of Doha’s top restaurants to celebrate fine dining with the freshest ingredients and latest food trends and tastes, as well as healthy eating options in the capital.
Two main themes run through the Festival this year namely: healthy food for all promoting a healthy lifestyle, and Qatari cuisine, to showcase local food and it's traditional dishes.
Overall the Festival will reflect the 5-star fine dining that is available in Qatar, which is fast gaining a reputation for some of the best gourmet food and gastronomic delights in the region. 50 stalls of top restaurants in Qatar will be at the show and QTA Awards will be given for the Best Stall, the Best Meal and the Best Food at the event.
Qatar’s Food Festival continually strives to exceed expectations on every level, delivering more visitors, more restaurants, exhibitors and more activities and entertainment each year.
The parking at the Museum of Islamic Art will be closed during the Qatar International Food Festival.
There will be dedicated outside parking spaces and shuttles between the parking and the Museum of Islamic Art Park for your convenience.
