easy to make and healthy to drink milk shake


* 4 Chikoos
* 1/2 liter milk
* 8 tbsp granulated sugar
* ice cubes


1. Remove skin and seeds from chikoo and cube.
2. Place cubed chikoo and sufficient amount of milk in mixer jar. Run mixer until smooth paste is obtained.
3. Add rest of milk, sugar and ice cubes and run mixer for 15-20 seconds more.
4. Serve chilled in tall glasses.
