Pakistan-United States Sign MOU on NATO Supply Routes:
1-Pakistan not to charge any fees, as per earlier arrangement.
2-US/Nato has been paying and will continue to pay shipping fees to the commercial carriers, who in turn pay fees, tolls, etc to govt of pakistan.
3-Nothing in MoU about security -- its just focused on shipping itself.
4-No lethal equipment, except lethal for afghan security forces is allowed. Extensive detailed "negative list" of lethal items not permittted: guns, bullets, missiles, etc.
5-Regular meetings between US embassy and Pakistani Ministry of Defence to discuss the arrangement and work through any issued that arise.
