Close on the heels of Aishwariya Rai and Bipasha Basu bagging a role in Sir Ben Kingsley's film based on the Taj Mahal, actress Priyanka Chopra is all set to hog the limelight now. She has bagged the lead role in Madhur Bhandrakar's film Fashion and is expected to walk the ramp with supermodels.

The film is expected to go on the floors by December end, Madhur will be shooting parts of the film in Paris and Milan, the fashion capitals of the world. If that is not enough, Priyanka Chopra is all set to walk the ramp, flanked by none other international supermodels Tyra Banks and Kate Moss. The film's producers are in talks with other international and Indian top models and are likely to close the deal very soon.

The film has been delayed for a bit as Madhur wanted to be perfectly sure of his script. He has been working on the script for months and is currently on his fourth draft. But now he is ready to show the story of Fashion to the world. And he promises to continue his precedent of digging into the more disturbing aspects of the fashion world. Fashion, says Madhur, will be a blend of fact and fiction. After fashion, the director intends to take a break from women oriented films. His next film will be male oriented and will be launched with a big budget.
