It's like going back to school for Konkona Sen Sharma, Diya Mirza and Neha. The three actresses are attending theatre workshop guru Barry John's acting workshops. Diya came up with the idea and coordinated the entire thing. The first of workshops is just over.

According to sources Diya is very keen to get into theatre production very soon. Diya had wanted to join the workshops for a long time. She got the others together. The complete class includes Jackie Bhagnani (Vashu Bhagnani's son) and Ankur Khanna, apart from others belonging to Barry John's school.

Basically the idea was to brush up the skills on how to approach a role and to interpret certain dialogues with more confidence. According to Barry John, all the actors from Bollywood were very humble. Konkona had apparently attended a workshop of his, while in college in New Delhi.

As for Diya, she always wanted to work with Barry. In fact, her parents have known him for a long time. When she approached him about a workshop, he told her that she needed to have a group. When she spoke to veteran actors like Shabana Azmi and Boman Irani, they were very excited about the idea but did not have the time. Then she roped in Konkona and Neha. As for her plans of taking up theatre, Diya is very excited about it and intends to indulge in it only when she is able to give it full attention.
