Hi Moderators.
Im a new user. I got this message immediately after posting a simple reply to a joke. I dont wanna do anything wrong so please guide me.

ur not doing anything wrong.....you were trying to post a url, and since ur the new member, u can not post a url, untill have u have posted some posts, or atleast ur u've been a memeber for 10 days...so if u want to post an url just wait a few days.ok...
