hi friends i am ravi from hyderabad my height is 6'1 but my weight is 65.20 kgs my age 30 years i need to improve weight to 75 kgs plz guide me how can i improve plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

hmmmmm..ya if you eat the fruit banana and dates..and also drink milk with honey then you should put on weight..and if you consume that or eat food just before you sleep then it will affect you much more quicker....hmm well basically you need to drink or eat extra amount of food that contains a high amount of carbohydrate in it..if you work out then food you consumed that contained a high amount of carbs, then it would provide you with lots of energy and it should turn in to muscle but if you leave it by not working out then it would turn into fat..and if you take in foods that contain alot of fatty ingredients then you'll also put on weight (loose fat) but if you have a high BMI then you'll loose it pretty fast(which may cause you to have stretch marks) and it would also be unhealthy fat...to have a healthy body weight you need to eat (what a balanced diet contains )and work out at the same time..to prevent yourself from sicknesses by being healthy from the inside and also to keep active.... _________________ ..LaUgH yOuR hEaRt OuT, dAnCe In ThE rAiN, cHeRiSh MoMeNtS, iGnOrE pAiN, lOvE & LeArN, fOrGeT & FoRgIvE aNd ReMeMbEr ThAt YoU oNlY hAvE oNe LiFe To LiVe...!
