hi friends

to motivate visitors and members for posting more and more stuff.

we are starting a competition between nidokidos posters.

as it is first time in the history of nidokidos forum. so first time we will select Nidokidos Member of the year.

whats the criteria?

The member who has posted most interesting stuff will get this award.

whats the benifit to the member?

The complete profile (e.g. pics phone number etc..) of the member will be published in nidokidos forum and nidokidos group.

how to participate?

keep posting good stuff.

who will nominate?

for this, moderators should give me a methodology for this. i think its not that difficult , we will soon decide about the mechanism.

Moderators and active members are welcome to give comments and suggestions to improve this idea.

as this is first time we have started this. after awarding member of the year. we will start member of the week completion. and it will be announced on nidokidos group too.

Good idea admin.

But i have few questions & few suggestions also

As we are proposing to do this from now on start it from member of the month so that it will be easy to choose member of the year coz year is a very long time to go.

And not everyone can post in every section some are good at one and some in another so i think we should pick the best post from the each section and from that best post choose the member of the month.

And also while choosing keep the originality as a criteria coz some might start copying posts from other forum just to win.

And i think benifit to the member is not that attractive coz surely no one is going to post their pic & phone number on the forum. Rather then make the winner a jury for the next months competition.

Well for now i can think of that much only as when things come to my mind i will surely share with you guys .

Ya i go wid ashuss words.... I have a small plan....

I wanted to say this plan for a long time. Three-fourth of our members do not like to post their details in the site. Thats why i did not say this plan. I was thinking about best post of the month. This will make many more to participate.

If the member do not accept, then wat can we do? So i thought instead of giving out their details we can make their post as top in that category. As we have the latest topics, we'll include one more. In each section we'll take a post with more number of replies and give it a name the best topics. So people will find it enjoyable instead of giving out their details.

I was thinking about this. In each month the post with most number of replies in each category will b the winner. So tats how i think will be cool...

Anyone in favor of my words....??????????

hmm ash's idea is pretty bright...well ya darani you've suggested well too..and with respect to your suggestion..do you think..that it can also be that a member posted a really good post..but not many gave written replies to it..not necessarily beacuse its a good post it will get many comlpiments from everyone too....if you think that its a good idea..you can add a post rating system..??? and by the end of the month you can add the numbers to the total amount and the post that litearlly owns the largest sum may be awarded...but everyone would have to rate honestly...and then again they might not get replies or they may get several replies....or relatively if you all think its good..then there can be something like..giving a certain number of points for a certain type or number of posts..and then whomsoever achieves the highest by the end will be awarded....hmm well thats all that has come to my mind at the moment....

well darani & naturalelegance your ideas are good and it will work also but there will be only one problem for getting popular or just to win someone might create fake ids and do replies & voting also

well ya ash you've got a point..so if you do agree with rating..then do you think that the replies of the members who have posted or replied a certain amount of posts should only be counted..or they've had to be a memeber for a certain amount of time..???

ya i accept wid ashu and natural.. The fact is we have to make everyone go through the things wat d others post....I have a plan here....We'll select a best topic from each category and and we'll have tat for d poll...

or we can have the most number of times tat a post has been visited. So within these let them choose the best topic....

And for this the games category must not be included surely....
