from mods , here are shortlisted moderators who will take part

and from administration side , only "mrina" will take part.

here are the terms and conditions.

1) member who is 'author' of posts , containing best material (jokes,videos, downloads or any other category except 'games') will be selected

2) all mods will select a list for good posters , members who are recomended by more then one mods will be shortlisted.

3) these recommended members will be presented in a poll and only mods listed in above list will take part in that poll.

4) the awarded member's selected posts will be made sticky for one week.

any other point you people would like to mention will be appreciated.

well i have a suggestion ....

few members should also be allowed to cast vote....but with the condition that they will have to post there choice and who do the vote for....

u can put this rule for every member but i think will lead to fake votes

so people having more then 1000 or 1500 posts should pe part..

what u all say

ya i agree.

but i cant programme this. such a poll cant be created. but we can have manuall submissions of recomended members in a thread , from all the moderaters , and by senior members.
