Image to Icon Converter allows you to convert all Windows BMP, DIB, GIF, JPG, JPE, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, CPT, WMF, EMF, PNG, PCX, JP2, JPC, J2K, TGA, RAS image formats into Windows XP icons and Icon Library file as well by one Click. You can find many images and convert them to icons for use on your web pages, in applications and much more. Change color resolution, size with more than 11 effects to create customized icons from your images.

Changes in version 1.8:
1. Support and save Icon Library. 2. Add filtering Red, Green and Blue channel, Hue, Lightness, Brightness, Contrast, Gamma and Saturation to make . wonderful icons. 3. Add more than 11 effects such as Flip vertically, Flip horizontally, Mirror, Blur, Invert, Smart noise and Border .
