I have observed that many a times a user has posted a same topic or a same reply again .. for 2 or 3 times...
and there is no fault of the poster in it...
bcoz manytimes the server shows that you had posted a message within a short time .. and asks you to wait... but many times the post is being posted and though it shows the error message...

and i think that there is no use of the flood interval... coz always there are more guests than the number of users...
and only some of them post..
so i think that there is no use of it..

I suggest admin to change the flood interval time to '0'
