Help regarding composing mail with pictures as in line text

It would be highly appreciated if you kind guys could give me some help, advice and guidlines to enable me to send messages with pictures together with the in line texts.

there are two ways to do this job

1) either use outlook express or any other pop3 client , and compose email with embeded images , attachments of images can be used inline with text using outlook express , incredimail etc

2) hotlink images from websites , copy paste directly on ur compose and use text wherever u like.
